The hotel boasts a very convenient location close to many sights and shops. The light rail being just a block away greatly simplifies getting around (this made things very easy for us). The staff was cute, and even the kids noticed how kind everyone was.
There were some cleanliness issues. I noticed dust collecting in corners of the room. Some of the breakfast items lacked freshness (this affected the overall experience).

i found the hotel location great. it was close to trams and trains. all the sights, shops, restaurants and cafes were within walking distance (it was very convenient). the welcome chocolate chip cookies were freshly baked and yummy. the room was very comfortable. the bed was just right. the option of soft or firm pillows was very thoughtful.
there were some cleanliness issues at the hotel. i noticed an ant infestation in the room. i could see dust balls collecting in corners of the room and there was an overall feeling of dirtiness. the room did not feel well cleaned.

great comforteasy walking distance
i was charmed by my room. it featured a balcony. the bed provided great comfort. i also found the hotel's location excellent. main attractions were within easy walking distance and the tram line was very close!
the room lacked perfect soundproofing. i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

i booked a standard room. the location was very convenient to major tourist destinations. yakup, rabia, and sehabat provided great service . they assisted with check-in and check-out.
there were some cleanliness issues. i saw dust balls collecting in corners. the room did not feel well cleaned, twice. some breakfast items seemed old and lacked freshness. the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
